Where does Sublime Experiences operate?

We are based in Townsville, but also provide remote hosting services in the Tablelands.

Which platforms do you list my property on?

We exclusively use Airbnb as it does provide the best protection for home owners listing premium properties.

How do I know if my property is likely to be included in sublime experience’s portfolio of premium properties?

If your property is available for 6 months, in a great location, with unique features, please get in touch.

What if I need to use the property myself?

No problem at all.  We manage the calendar, and can block out dates when you would like to use the property.  Before you arrive, we will make sure the property is clean and ready.

Can I keep personal items in my property?

Yes you can.  We will work with you to make a space in your home for personal items.

Do you furnish properties?

We don’t currently offer this service, but can put you in touch with locals who can.

How much does Sublime Experience’s Airbnb hosting service cost?

The fee is dependent on the service we are providing you.  Please contact us for more information about this.

Do you have a set-up or onboarding fee to get started?

If your property is available for at least 6 months, we don’t charge an onboarding fee.  Onboarding includes a visit from one of our team, a professional photo shoot and online listing set up. 

Can I still engage Sublime Experiences if my property is available for less than 6 months a year?

Yes.  Please contact us to discuss the onboarding fee and how we can help you specifically.

What measures are taken to protect my property?

For all bookings, Sublime Experiences checks a guest ID and confirms this is the person staying at the property.  We check reviews on Airbnb and other platforms.  We do our best to match the guest and the property.  We have taken the decision not to accept bookings if we are unsure about a guest request. 

What about insurance?

Airbnb provides $1,000,000 Host Guarantee coverage at no extra cost.  We also advise our home owners to speak to their insurance broker about suitable private home and contents insurance.

Rentals & Relocating to Townsville

What aspects of employee relocation do you offer?

We help with anything that supports your employee to settle in Townsville as quickly as possible so they can focus on their work. This includes an introduction call prior to their relocating, short term accommodation, and once in Townsville, a home and educational facility search, familiarisation with the area, connections into the community, and a hotline for 1 month after arrival.

No.  We can point your staff in the direction of locals who offer this service.
